The warranty conditions of the relevant supplier apply to the articles in our webshop and store. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and material defects. Visible defects must be reported to us within 7 days after delivery of the articles.
Procedure
If you have a complaint, please contact us and we will help you further and try to find a solution as soon as possible. Based on your order information and, if desired, a photo, we usually ask you to send the article to us. You will receive the return information from us, including the corresponding return form. The article will then be assessed by us and/or the supplier.
If the complaint is justified, we will then ensure replacement of the article. If it concerns repairs, this will be carried out for you as quickly as is realistically possible.
When does the warranty expire?
When an item has been or is being repaired by a party other than Dokihorse or the manufacturer.
When you have customized the article yourself or had it customized to your wishes, for example by adding additional decoration to an article.
What is not covered by the warranty scheme?
Wear and tear from use, such as damage to zippers, a worn silicone seat, or loss of rhinestones.
Damage caused by violence. This includes rough handling of the article, tearing by sharp objects, etc.
