Products may not be damaged, washed, worn or used. Trying them on is of course allowed.
The products must be returned in their original condition.
The shipping costs for returning the item are at your own expense.
Products must be returned within 14 days or they will no longer be accepted.
The return shipment must include name and address details.
The completed return form must be included.
If you return the entire order, you will receive the total purchase amount excluding shipping costs back into your account. If you return part of the order, you will only receive the purchase amount of these items back.
