This short boot with pull loops from Horka is waterproof. It is equipped with a waterproof membrane between the outer fabric and the inner lining. The Cornwall is made of leather and suede and has a mesh lining. The anti-slip sole is made of TPR rubber, which makes the boot suitable for various surfaces.
